Working with Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Institutions in educational planning, administration, research and training has been an insightful experience for us at IS&P.
Institutions need to see themselves as ‘learning institutions’ in a knowledge economy. That is as a living entity, learning from within and without. Though this is true for every institution, those in the education sector need to be at the forefront of creating such a culture.
Apart from Educational Management in the traditional sense, educational institutions need to tap into the skills of Knowledge Management. Learning, un-learning and re-learning in new and innovative ways to make knowledge relevant to this generation.
